Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Thursday after full payment has been received. Orders placed before 12 AM are frequently shipped the same day. Exceptions are incomplete orders (wrong address, products not in stock, etc.), plus in exceptional cases of high order volume.

For the payment method “instant bank transfer“ depending on the bank, the full payment may take a few days.

Excluded are pre-orders. For pre-orders we calculate a realistic delivery date in advance. This estimated date is based on our experience, but may vary due to unexpected events.
